What we collect

The storefront domain, your report email, your consent timestamp, and redacted evidence from anonymous catalog and cart probes. Never buyer identity, payment, checkout, or order data. Read the Parallel Studio app privacy policy for the complete data inventory and your available choices.

Retention

Hosted reports expire after 24 hours; request records are deleted within 30 days. For deletion or other support, email support@parallelstudio.co or use the Deltaproof support page.

Safe probe boundary

Deltaproof makes anonymous catalog and cart requests only, and abandons its test carts. It never creates or completes a checkout, submits buyer details, adds a payment method, or creates an order.
